David Longhorn (yes, that's his real name) is British, 43 and far too knowledgeable about sf in the 70s. He is employed in local government in the lovely town of Gateshead but, perhaps due to an administrative error, actually enjoys his job. He is also the editor of Supernatural Tales magazine, soon to transform itself into a yearly anthology.
